Exhibitor badge holders will be able to access the hall at 8.30am on the show open days.

There is onsite parking available at the RAI, but the only way to guarantee parking is to pre-book online: Easy parking with your car at RAI Amsterdam | RAI Amsterdam 

Registration is located in Hall 5, Entrance K.  You can pick up your badge and speak to staff at customer services during the times below:  

Tuesday, October 27 — 8:00-19:00  
Wednesday, October 28 — 8:00-17:30  
Thursday, October 29 — 8:30-16:00  

No, you will need to collect your badge upon arrival.

We strongly encourage all registrations to be completed online in advance of the event. We will accommodate onsite registrations,  but please be aware that this will likely take more time especially during peak times. 

If you need to change any of the details as they appear on your badge, please email events@aviationweek.co.uk who will be able to make the necessary amendments for you. 

Once you have completed your registration or a group registration you are unable to add a colleague to that registration. Therefore you will need to complete a new registration online.

There are two types of content available at MRO Europe, a paid senior level conference and a free to attend Go Live! Theater on the show floor. If you have an Airline VIP Pass, Conference Pass or an Exhibitor All Access Pass then this includes the paid conference. All other badge types have access to the tradeshow only, and therefore only have access to the Go Live Theater. 

Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing all event information as well as a receipt of payment, or an invoice, depending on your payment method. If you have registered and not received this email, please email events@aviationweek.co.uk

Written cancellations received on or before September 25, 2026 will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee on the conference registration. Please email your written cancellation to  events@aviationweek.co.uk. No refunds will be given after September 25, 2026 but a substitute may be sent. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting your registration, you authorize Informa to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.  If no moneys are received, registrants are still responsible for the processing fee. VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Yes, the event app is available to all registered attendees, allowing you to browse the attendee list, discover exhibitors and their products, bookmark sessions and pre-schedule meetings for the days of the show. To view the attendee list, you must first be registered for the event, then sign into the event app to browse the list. You cannot download or export the attendees from the app, as it is designed for 1-2-1 connections and to setup meetings for the days of the event. Your access as an exhibitor will depend on your booth type. Please refer to the schedule in the Exhibitor Resource Centre.  

RAI Hotel Services is the official hotel provider for MRO Europe. Click here for further details and to view the best available rates.  

To store coats and other types of jackets, there will be a cloakroom serviced by the RAI. This will be located in entrance L on Tuesday 27 October and entrance K on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October. There is a cost of € 2,00 for a coat and € 4,00 for a Bag/Suitcase. 

There are numerous catering in the hall, within the venue and in the surrounding local area.  

We do not provide a shuttle service, therefore all attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.  

Amsterdam RAI aims to be as inclusive as possible for anyone working or visiting the venue with access needs. wheelchair hire are available directly with the RAI. Parking facilities within the venue have reserved disabled spaces. Please click here for further details.  

We encourage business attire.

Our Events are principally directed at business professionals.  They are not intended for children under the age of sixteen.  Without limitation to the foregoing, there may be some areas of our Events where it is inappropriate or impractical for children under the age of sixteen to be present (for example, during executive conference workshops) and Informa Markets reserves the right at any time to restrict entry to such areas accordingly.
