Zones, Pavilions & Lounges

Whilst walking the show floor at MRO Europe you will discover a range of zones and pavilions that group specific exhibitors together. Zones are a great way to give attendees a focal point, knowing they can visit a cluster of companies on a specific topic and often offer exhibitors a more affordable way of participating at the show.

Exhibitor Showcase

The New Exhibitor Showcase is designed for those companies who have never exhibited at MRO Europe before and are looking to take a small booth to showcase their products and services. Perfect for SME’s with smaller budgets to try out the show and evaluate whether a larger booth is right for them.

Zones Area

The Zones Area is dedicated to exhibitors who supply aircraft maintenance hangars, doors and ground support equipment. Attendees looking for suppliers of specialist equipment found in an aircraft maintenance hangar such as engine stands, ground support equipment, airframe and engine tooling, docking and access platforms, test equipment, safety equipment and much more can be found here.

Country/Regional Pavilions

If you are part of a regional aviation cluster or a country trade association, there may be demand for a country pavilion. This groups a number of exhibitors from a single country or region together on the show floor and allows exhibitors to benefit from grants or discounted pricing via their membership. Confirmed for 2023 are The Netherlands Pavilion, France Pavilion, Wales Pavilion and Enterprise Florida Pavilion.
