Booth Staff Registration

In order to register, you must have:
- A credit card handy for payment (if necessary);
- An email where your confirmation/QR Code will be sent (please set your system to accept emails from noreply@reg.informaim.com).

Tuesday October 14— 8:00-18:00
Wednesday October 15— 8:00-17:30
Thursday, October 16— 8:30-16:00
Exhibit Hall Hours
Wednesday October 15— 9:30-17:30
Thursday, October 16— 9:30-16:00
Please Note: Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration has changed
Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration has changed and is no longer publicly available via the event website, instead each exhibitor has their own unique registration link. The exhibitor's assigned marketing contact will receive an email containing the unique registration link to register your booth staff. Please contact your company admin or events@aviationweek.com if you need assistance.
Registration links will be sent to the assigned marketing contact by the end of May
If there are members of your company that will not be working in the booth please use the visitor registration link
You may also add the conference when you register. The Exhibitor / Sponsor rate for the conference is $1095.
